Hi, I'm kelli!
Lover of #SunshineandtheCity.
I'm a Florida native who moved to NYC at 22 to pursue a career in theatre administration and live amongst the other dreamer transplants. Throughout my time there, I worked in stage management, interior design, and finally, advertising for Broadway. Like so many others in the entertainment industry, I was laid off in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and had to give up my apartment and flee the city.
So here I am, typing from my bright pink childhood bedroom in the Sunshine state, wondering what's next for me in this mid-twenties chapter. While I figure that out, I might as well have some fun.
I love writing, reading, plus-size fashion, interior decorating, and celebrating just about anything and everything. I'm a dreamer, a doer, and a no-nonsenser, and am aiming to build and maintain an archive for all my antics here. Follow along for musings, motivation, outfit inspo, cheeseboard content, home and holiday decor, and the occasional helpful tip (though I don't make any promises).
As we find ourselves in this massive chasm of time and space, I've been inspired to unapologetically fill my days with the things that bring me joy, and I wish you nothing but your version of the same.
